Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and VectraSEO LLC ("VectraSEO," "MarryMath," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of marrymath.com, the MarryMath web app, and related tools (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing Complete or Family, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

MarryMath provides, depending on your tier:

• a free week-by-week wedding planning timeline and task dashboard;
• vendor quote intake (by pasting text or uploading a PDF/photo), AI-assisted extraction, scope-normalized comparison, and fairness flags benchmarked against published pricing data;
• budget tracking against planned, quoted, contracted, and paid amounts, with overrun alerts;
• on the Family tier, additional read-only or co-edit seats for other people you invite (e.g., a parent).

Fairness flags and AI-generated content are informational estimates, not professional, legal, financial, or contractual advice, and are not a guarantee that any price is fair, typical, or negotiable in your specific market. They are based on published national pricing data, which may not reflect local market conditions. You are responsible for your own vendor decisions and contracts.

3. Your Account

MarryMath uses passwordless "magic link" sign-in — we email you a one-time link instead of using a password. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address(es) on your account secure, and for all activity under your account. A couple account may include up to two emails; a Family purchase may add additional invited seats subject to the access level (read-only or co-edit) you grant them. Tell us promptly at support@marrymath.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Purchases and Payment

• One-time, non-recurring purchases. Complete ($79) and Family ($129) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is no automatic renewal and nothing will be charged to you again for the same purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms governing the payment itself. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change going forward; a price change does not affect a purchase you've already completed.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes not already included in the displayed price.

5. Refunds

Complete and Family purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. Free Tier and Fair Use

The free tier includes one quote analysis as a preview of the Complete tier's comparison feature; unlocking unlimited quote comparisons requires a Complete or Family purchase. We may apply reasonable rate limits to free-tier features (for example, timeline regenerations) to prevent abuse, and may adjust these limits going forward.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the quotes, notes, tasks, and other information you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant VectraSEO a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content back to you (and to anyone you've granted a Family seat) solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train AI models. You're responsible for having the right to submit any document, photo, or text you upload (for example, a quote you received from a vendor), and for making sure it doesn't contain anyone else's sensitive personal information beyond what's reasonably necessary for the quote-comparison feature to work.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable export or sanctions law;
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use, or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying software;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation, except through a coordinated disclosure process we've explicitly authorized;
• upload content that infringes another person's rights, is unlawful, or that you don't have the right to share; or
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services, including Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (AI processing, see our Privacy Policy). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the MarryMath name and logo, is owned by VectraSEO LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, these Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@marrymath.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required to comply with law; where practical, we will provide notice first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 12, 13, and 14) will survive.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT FAIRNESS FLAGS, AI-EXTRACTED QUOTE DATA, OR PERSONALIZED TIMELINE CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC WEDDING OR MARKET.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTRASEO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VECTRASEO LLC IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. There is no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these Terms: if you have a dispute with us, your ordinary right to go to court — including small-claims court — is intact. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law of your own state.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms; changes will not apply retroactively to a dispute that arose before the change.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and VectraSEO LLC regarding the Service.
