Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to one-time purchases of MarryMath Complete ($79) and Family ($129), and is part of our Terms of Service. The free tier has no charge, so no refund applies to it.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If Complete or Family isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date, no reason required.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@marrymath.com from the email address on your MarryMath account, with the subject line "Refund request," within 30 days of purchase. Include the approximate purchase date. We'll confirm your purchase and issue eligible refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we've issued it, Stripe's published guidance is that the credit appears on your statement approximately 5–10 business days later, depending on your bank or card issuer. That part is outside our control.

4. What Happens to Your Account

Once a refund is issued, your account returns to the free tier. Nothing you have already saved is deleted. Your timeline, tasks, budget figures, and every vendor quote you've entered stay in your account, and your saved quotes keep showing their fairness flags. What the free tier limits is adding more: analyzing or saving new quotes beyond the free tier's one-quote allowance. The outreach checker and, on Family, the additional parent seats are Complete/Family features, so those become unavailable — including the outreach drafts previously saved under them.

You can download everything in your account as JSON or CSV at any time, on any tier, from Settings — before or after a refund.

5. After 30 Days

Requests made after the 30-day window are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we're happy to talk it through. This discretionary review does not waive any refund right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@marrymath.com — we resolve the great majority of requests directly and faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and could affect your account's future access.
